Critical Thinking Handbook

The ability to think clearly, logically and critically is a learned process. Advancing these cognitive abilities is greatly facilitated when the individual that is meant to develop these abilities is an informed, active and willing participant in the process. As a first step in developing the critical thinking skills in you, an aspiring biologist, this handbook introduces you to the Scientific Method and the foundations in Critical Thinking. The final section of this introduces you to the breadth of research that is being actively engaged in within the Biology Department.
